This tropical modern estate featured exceptional detailing and a top-tier design team. I collaborated closely with the builder and interior designer to plan every alignment — from custom bucking at exterior wood ceilings to stone cladding and flush interior-to-exterior floor transitions. Fleetwood sliding doors were used throughout, with a glazing contract of approximately $500K.
We also coordinated the perfect pairing of frame finish and glass tone. The final selection — Vitro OptiBlue — had a soft gray-blue hue that complemented the architecture beautifully and remains one of my favorite glass choices to this day.
At the time, I was also supplying elite custom interior doors, and my team delivered a $100K Trustile stain-grade package with completely custom-designed feature doors throughout the main living spaces — including textured leather panel inlays that elevated the interiors to true luxury.
