This 10,000 SF modern residence featured over 3,000 SF of glazing, including Fleetwood sliding doors and operable windows paired with Aldora fixed windows — totaling a $500K window and door package.

The two-story openings were originally designed with oversized steel columns and beams, but I recommended replacing them with slimmer 2” × 6” structural steel. This change dramatically reduced sightlines and preserved the clean, minimal aesthetic the architecture demanded.
