The Problem:
Client wanted full-width openings on all elevations, but also required automation, clean aesthetics, and hurricane-rated performance.

My Recommendation:
Use nine motorized Fleetwood sliding doors — six of which pocket completely — integrated with smart home controls.

Coordination & Execution:
Oversaw pocket sizing, waterproofing, and automation integration from framing through finish; ensured all units met code.

Result:
Fully automated, hurricane-rated door systems that vanish into pockets — combining cutting-edge performance with seamless design.
