This 7,000 SF contemporary residence in Golden Beach featured over 3,500 SF of impact glazing — with Trulite 3100 Series fixed windows and Fleetwood sliding glass doors.
The entire rear elevation and entry facade required highly detailed planning and fabrication. Six separate Fleetwood sliding door units with transoms were integrated into a continuous steel and brake metal framework — all precisely aligned with a full clerestory window band that wrapped the home. Coordinating these elements demanded exacting layout control and deep structural integration to achieve the seamless modern aesthetic.
