Barcelona Dr,

Fort Lauderdale, FL — 2012

This 6,000 SF modern home in Fort Lauderdale required exceptionally precise coordination due to its complex mix of glazing systems. The design combined Trulite 3100 Series fixed windows, stacked CGI awnings, Fleetwood sliding doors, CGI hinged doors, and integrated Centor retractable screens — each requiring unique integration details.

Cladding included both stone and stucco, which meant the bucking had to be carefully engineered: a mix of 1x, 2x, double 2x, and back-to-back configurations were used throughout to ensure transitions landed exactly where the finishes demanded. We were involved from before the foundation was poured, allowing us to plan these transitions in advance — the only way to achieve this level of finish precision.
