This 12,000 SF modern residence on the Sunset Islands featured over 4,000 SF of Fleetwood sliding glass doors and Aldora fixed windows, totaling a $500K glazing package.
One of the most striking features was a 12’ × 24’ two-story stair window designed with no horizontal structural steel — a detail made possible through close coordination with the fenestration engineer and use of internally reinforced window wall systems.
The result was a clean, uninterrupted opening that preserved the architectural intent without compromising code or structural performance.
