This modern oceanfront residence features two full levels of oversized sliding glass doors across the entire eastern elevation, seamlessly opening the interior to the pool deck and Atlantic views.
The architect’s demand for flawless ceiling and floor alignments was complicated by concrete slabs that varied up to 1-½", and trusses that deviated by the same amount. I established laser control lines, coordinated with the builder to lock in final elevations, and ensured that finish transitions were delivered perfectly throughout.
An automated main level sliding door also required early coordination to recess the motor and structural blocking within the concrete — all handled before the shell was poured.
